European success for Lisa Kearney
Lisa Kearney won a bronze medal yesterday in an EJU Cadet A Tournament
in the Czech Republic.
There were 31 players from 22 countries in the U52kg weight category
Lisa competed in.
On her way to the podium finish she defeated 4 opponents by ippon.
Lisa lost the semi final by golden score to the Hungarian number
1 who went on to take the Gold medal in the weight category.
Having taken a Gold in the first EJU cadet A tournament of the
year in Spain Lisa is ranked number one European Cadet. Click
