Excellent Youth Olympic performance by Lisa Kearney
Lisa Kearney produced Ireland's best ever Judo performance at the
Youth Olympics in Italy last week. Lisa came 5th, only losing the
Bronze medal contest on a disputed Shido to 'local girl' Nicole
Pouch of Italy. Lisa had Ippon wins against Finland and Spain before
a superb display against the very strong Ukraine girl, winning by
3 yukos.
