Squad training will be held on Sunday 6th December in the National Training Centre inAileach Youth & Community Centre, Burnfoot, Co Donegal  for cadets, Juniors & Seniors from 10am to 3pm.

All IJA / NIJF / EJU / IJF Members are welcome.  Mat Fee €5 (maximum €10 per family).
All IJA members aspiring to compete at International level must attend.
